1. Proficient in Quality Systems Standards either AS9100 or ISO 9001

2. Strong technical writing skills and document creation experience required.

3. Four-year degree or a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in either the manufacturing ISO 9001

or AS9100 aerospace and defense industry.

4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

5. Excellent internal and external customer service skills. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6. Knowledge of effective root cause investigation, corrective action planning, and verification and validation techniques.

7. Knowledge of quality tools such as flow charts, 5-why, cause maps, and fishbone diagrams.
