Job Title:
WorkForce Software (WFS) Scheduling Functional Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced WorkForce Software (WFS) Scheduling Functional Consultant to support the delivery and configuration of the Scheduling module within the WorkForce Software suite. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of WorkForce scheduling best practices, strong client-facing skills, and prior hands-on experience implementing or support WFS Scheduling for mid-to-large organizations.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead or support the implementation of WorkForce Software Scheduling module
Conduct business process analysis and gather detailed scheduling requirements from client stakeholders
Design, configure, and test scheduling rules, shift patterns, rotations, coverage rules, and other functional components
Collaborate with cross-functional team (Time & Attendance, Payroll, IT, Operations) to ensure accurate integration and alignment
Participate is workshops, configuration sessions, UAT and go-live activities
Assist with documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to client users and support teams
Troubleshoot scheduling-related issues and recommend configuration or process improvements
Ensure compliance with labor laws, union rules, and organizational policies as they relate to scheduling.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT or related field.
3+ years of hands-on functional experience with WorkForce Software, specifically. Iin Scheduling
Strong understanding of scheduling policies, business rules, and operational workforce needs
Proven experience in implementing or supporting WFS modules in sectors such as retail, manufacturing, healthcare or public sector
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate functional needs into system configurations
Familiarity with WFS Integration and data loads is a plus
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
WorkForce Software certifications, particularly in Scheduling
Knowledge of labor standards and workforce compliance regulations
Experience with union rule configuration or complex shift pattern design.
Job Benefits:
