    Job Summary As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach within the manufacturing and healthcare sectors. You will work closely with the CEO and COO, focusing on digital and telephone sales strategies, with occasional travel for in-person meetings. Your primary responsibility will be guiding leads through the sales funnel to successful closure but you will also be expected to actively engage in lead generation.

    Location Remote/Hybrid, with a focus on Denver, Chicago, and Seattle markets. Some travel may be required. If located in Colorado, some office days are required. If located outside of Colorado, this is a fully remote position.

    Key Responsibilities

    Cultivate new leads and manage existing ones, primarily through phone calls, email and digital conferencing.

    Guide potential customers through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing.

    Work in tandem with marketing and other sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.

    Represent our core values in all interactions and communications.

    Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs, providing feedback to the team around areas of improvement.

    Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

    Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with C-suite executives and Human Resources key decision-makers.

    Establish trust and credibility through effective communication and understanding of high value customer needs.

    Propose tailored solutions that align with the customer's organizational goals and employee well-being.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system

    Qualifications

    2-3 years of professional experience with a willingness to learn and adapt.

    Strong persuasion and trust-building skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior-level executives.

    Listening skills; ability to respond dynamically.

    Confidence negotiating and asking for money.

    Ability to work independently toward team objectives and goals Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    Experience in sales is beneficial but not mandatory. Candidates from diverse professional backgrounds who demonstrate the necessary skills are encouraged to apply.     Comfort with digital communication told and CRM software

    Experience working with HR Executives preferred, but not required

    Number of meetings set with potential clients

    Compensation and Benefits

    We are proud to offer a competitive salary and benefits package to our employees. The starting base salary for the Sales Associate is $50,000 annually plus commission on all closed sales. We also offer:
