The Director of Leadership Development will work to ensure that the school has a strong leadership pipeline. The Director will work on teacher leadership development, campus development, onboarding, retention, and career progression to create a transformational team.
Responsibilities:
Provide coaching and feedback to principals-in-residence portfolios
Collaborate on other Directors of Leader Development and share best practices
Design and facilitate sessions in principal professional development programs
Qualifications:
Master’s degree strongly preferred
Teaching and principal experience required
Ability to coach and influence leaders
