As a superintendent, you will act as the educational leader. The superintendent is responsible for the effective implementation and execution of policies that have been adopted by the Board of Directors. It will also be important to oversee and provide insightful leadership to meet goals and objectives in education, fiscal management, and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Board of Directors to set clear and attainable goals.

• Create a culture of high expectations.

• Direct and supervise all financial accounting and ensure funds are spent accordingly and approved with the budget.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal requirements.

• Assign duties to the Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Education Administration.

• Three or more years of leadership experience in school administration.

• Familiarity with school law, finance, curriculum, and instruction.

• Strategic planning and management experience.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Computer proficiency.
