Student Data Services National Director

The Student Data Services National Director leads student data services in various geographies nationwide. He or she will work with a range of schools and networks to ensure operational excellence to support student achievement nationwide.

The salary range for this position begins at $95,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee quality of data services offered to schools and standardize internal data management.

• Function as the leader for all regional data managers as well as a staff of 10-15 employees.

• Lead talent recruitment strategy nationwide.

• Oversee market expansion to other geographical locations as business development opportunities.

• Perform project management of product development to support school clientele.

• Build and maintain an organizational culture model that balances national goals with regional leadership goals in their prospective local market.

• Create presentations on best practices for school data management and analytics.

Skills & Experience Required:

• MBA, MPP, MPA, CMA or other advanced degree.

• 5+ years of prior related experience in education.

• External Stakeholder, Client, and Team Management experience preferred.

• Technical experience with student information systems and database maintenance.

• Advanced excel experience preferred.

• Experience with business intelligence platforms.

• Adept quantitative analysis, strategic thinking, and problem solving.
