As the Managing Director of Instruction, you will primarily be focusing on improving student learning with partner systems and will be the organization’s lead learner in adapting company strategies to the Texas context.

Responsibilities:

• Staff and program delivery management.

• Manage the team to provide content-specific support to system partners.

• Maintain direct relationships with the senior instructional leader (such as the superintendent or Chief Academic Officer).

• Support full-time staff prospect identification and cultivation.

• Manager partner contracts and deliverables to achieve goals based on and student achievement.

Qualifications:

• 10 years or more of experience.

• 5 years or more of system-level instructional leadership.

• Excellent project management and operational leadership skills.

• Strong management skills and experience developing team members.

• Great communication skills verbally and in writing.
