The Director of Regional Advancement will cultivate and maintain external relationships for fundraising needs to support the expansion plans of the region. The Director of Regional Advancement is a strategic planner and executioner, as well as a masterful communicator.

Responsibilities include:

• Execute organization-wide stewardship strategies within region.

• Lead and plan regional tours working to prepare for funder and prospect visits.

• Strong writing skills for grant writing, reporting, and donor communications.

• Ability to take initiative.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.

• 5 years of experience in a development, advocacy, fundraising, grant writing, grant management or similar role.

• Proven track record of personally achieving success.
