Chief Services Officer

The Chief Services Officer will lead and build out the services team.As you use the software and interact directly with school leaders and teachers, your insight into what works and what does not will help shape the future of our product.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Act as POC (point of contact) for all school clients.
• Manage client services support team.
• Oversee all financial accounting, payroll and HR activities for school clients.
• Perform financial modeling and analysis for school clients.
• Present school clients with budget and tradeoff analyses.
• Partner with the product team to develop new data analytic tools.
• Work with CEO to improve and expand school client services.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 5-10 years experience overseeing financial systems and staff.
• Expertise in non-profit corporate finance.
• Passionate about helping people.
• A resourceful and creative problem-solver.
