Finance Director

The Finance Director will oversee financial planning for the organization.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Expertise in managing financial areas such as forecasting, budgeting, and risk.

• Compose financial metric reporting and share with leadership for decision making.

• Suggest improvements for the financial operational systems.

• Manage the operational budget.

• Ensure financial compliance across local, state, and federal guidelines.

• Coach the procurement team.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance or Accounting.

• MBA or CPA preferred.

• At least 5 years as a financial professional in the nonprofit sector.
