The Director of Student Life is responsible for the implementation and vision of the Student Life program, ensuring that all students have access to experiential learning opportunities during the summer and academic year.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Program Implementation and Development

• Staff Recruitment and Professional Development

• Individual Student Monitoring and Planning

• Community Engagement and Outreach

• Resource and Financial Management

• Other projects as assigned.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Success in motivating and managing students to meet high expectations.

• Success in closing the experience gap for low-income students.

• Ability to leverage resources to achieve outcomes.

• Inspires others under a shared vision of excellence.

• Minimum 4-year college degree required.
