Site Director

As a site director you will be an impactful leader with the responsibility of setting the vision and supporting alignment of initiatives towards that vision. As a leader, the site director exercises their leadership through trust and confidence, while engaging with all stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare a vision that aligns with organizational strategy.

• Oversee recruitment strategy to build a sustainable workforce.

• Establish partnerships that create a diverse talent pipeline for incoming students.

• Design and implement a familial engagement strategy to support students.

• Manage the budget.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.

• At least 7 years as a successful youth service project program leader.

• Proven track record of fostering a high performance culture.

• Adept at building strong partnerships.

• Experience in change management.
