    Job Description

    We are looking for a full-time customer service-oriented individual to be a critical member of our TEAM. You will be the point of contact for clients who come into our facility for providing specimens for drug testing compliance for employers.

    HOURS ARE 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. THE FACILITY MUST BE SET UP AND READY TO PROVIDE SERVICES STARTING AT 7:30 AM.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collection of Urine specimens for Workplace Drug Testing
    • Performance of an initial Drug Screen via Non-Instrumented Drug Test Device (NIDT)
    • Administrative support for Lab testing
    • Client/customer relations
    • Data Entry of Results
    • Electronic Transmission of Results to Employer

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Able to work independently with management support
    • Ability to understand and adhere to standards and perform accurately with attention to detail
    • Medical experience is a plus and a professional appearance is required.

    • Detail-oriented
