WorkSmart Systems, a leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO), is growing! In this critical role, the ideal candidate will enroll and educate new and existing employees and clients into our various benefit plans. You’ll likely be their first contact at WorkSmart, so a polished and professional personality is a must.

JOB DUTIES

• Contact new client's employees as they become eligible for our benefit plans
• Meet with new employees to discuss benefits and client-specific options
• Educate new client groups on various benefit plans
• Setup employee benefit elections
• Audit benefit elections
• Answer ongoing questions from employees and clients via phone and email

 REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to assess employee's needs regarding benefit plans
• Polished presentation skills - large groups and one-on-one
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Detail oriented and flexible
• Benefits administration experience is a plus - medical/dental/disability/HSA/Flex products
