of:- a) Name of the Company visited. b) The Name of the Person spoken to. c) That person's status (Reception / Personnel / Manager / CEO / Boss) d) The exact US Mail (Mailing Address) Note: This information is to be collected in handwritten form on a blank form which we will provide. To be transferred to a computer database back at our office. Probably by our Receptionist.
