    We're looking for a creative marketer with event marketing experience to help define and execute on marketing programs. These will help build the pipeline for the sales team and brand awareness  among the Business Systems community. You will be involved in planning and executing in-person and digital events (Workato User Conference, Webinars, Trade-shows, Customer Events… etc).

    RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a SR. PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER, CORE. In this role, you will be responsible for:

    Working cross functionally with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product teams to enable Workato's Sales, SE's, SDRs on the following:

    • How to talk to IT/Business Technology prospects and customers and crafting just the right message to differentiate our solution in the marketplace

    • Developing content for outbound sales/SDR campaigns, including emails, 1-pagers, videos, customer-facing decks

    • Build sales tools like 1st meeting deck, ROI spreadsheets and content for sales and expansion playbooks, sales kickoffs, and other enablement programs

    • Synthesizing competitive data into battle cards including laying competitive traps, anticipating and overcoming objections

    • Translate product features into compelling value-based messaging that drives interest, sales, and expansions

    • Sit in and review sales calls to deeply understand the audience - their experiences and pains - and to best translate them into compelling messages to help them realize the outcomes they can achieve with Workato.

    • Drive various GTM campaigns including building customer-facing collaterals for those campaigns, producing content for the demand generation team (e.g. landing page copy, ad copy, offers, etc.) tracking/reporting on them.

    REQUIREMENTSQUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL OR SOFT SKILLS

    • 3+ years of professional experience in product marketing, sales, or sales enablement

    • Proven ability to synthesis huge bodies of content and communicate it clearly in a sales-consumable format

    • Strong experience in building a portfolio of high-quality slides, collaterals, and videos that have moved the needle for Sales

    • Experience in making complex concepts come alive for people in a memorable way

    • Track record of creating effective customer facing content for sales teams, demand generation teams, or customer success teams

    • History of working with sales teams, demand generation teams and product terms with the ability to dig-in to understand product differentiators and how to translate that for sales and demand generation teams

    • Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

    • Growth mindset, ability to iterate, and design-thinking approach to problem-solving

    • Excellent organization and time management skills

    • Strong communication skills and especially writing skills to communicate complex concepts in an easy to understand and compelling manner.
