Job Title: Workday Consultant

Location: Remote (NJ)

Type: W2 contract only

Job Description:

· We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant to support enterprise Workday implementations and integrations.

· The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Workday configuration, development, integrations, and orchestration, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Configure, develop, and test solutions on the Workday platform to meet business requirements.

· Design and build Workday Extend applications.

· Develop and maintain SOAP and REST-based integrations with external systems.

· Design, implement, and secure web services integrations within Workday.

· Build and manage Workday Orchestrate workflows to automate business processes.

· Develop integrations using Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and EIBs.

· Create and manage calculated fields, reports, and dashboards using Report Writer and BIRT.

· Work with XML and XSLT for data transformation and integrations.

· Understand and leverage Workday’s business object model and data relationships.

· Collaborate with functional teams, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

· Provide troubleshooting, production support, and documentation as required.

Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have)

· Minimum hands-on experience configuring, developing, and testing Workday solutions.

· Strong expertise in Workday Extend application development.

· Solid experience with SOAP & REST web services.

· Hands-on experience with Workday Orchestrate.

· Proven experience with Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, EIBs, BIRT, Calculated Fields, Report Writer.

· Strong knowledge of XML and XSLT.

· Deep understanding of Workday business objects and relationships.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
