Job Title: Workday HCM Architect (Certified)
Location: 100% Remote – USA Only - USC or GC
Type: Contract 6+ Months
Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Workday HCM Certified Architect with strong experience in end-to-end HR ecosystem assessment and enterprise-wide HR transformation. This role will lead solution architecture, review current HR applications, and define target-state HR landscapes, and drive strategic advisory for large, complex Workday environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full HR ecosystem assessment (HCM, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Absence and Time Tracking, Integrations, Security).
Design target-state architecture and transformation roadmap.
Act as Solution/Enterprise Architect for Workday HCM programs.
Partner with CHROs, HR Leaders, and IT for strategic alignment.
Provide guidance on best practices, governance, and optimization.
Requirements:
Workday HCM and other Certification is mandatory.
10+ years in HR Technology with Architect-level responsibilities.
Capable of partnering with non-workday stakeholders and capture the application functionalities and map them to workday functionalities where possible.
Perform POCs in workday as required and present to business stakeholders
Advise HR, workday best practices to all stakeholders
Strong expertise across Core HCM, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Integrations.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
