A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Workday HR Consultant. The Workday HR Consultant will be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Compensation:
- The pay for this position is $53.98 per hour - bi-weekly
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Highlights:
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
- Fully remote – candidates can be located anywhere in the U.S., but EST preferred
Responsibilities:
- Support a large-scale Workday implementation for approximately 10,000 employees into an existing Workday tenant
- Evaluate the current tenant setup and assess requested requirements
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions with key HR stakeholders
- Support Workday configuration, testing, and deployment efforts
- Provide subject matter expertise on Workday modules, especially Benefits Administration (required) and Leave Administration (preferred)
- Utilize iLoads and implementor-level access to support technical configuration
- Apply broad HRIS knowledge to develop innovative and scalable solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HRIS, IT, and HR teams
- Ensure all deliverables align with business objectives, timelines, and compliance requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Workday in an HRIS or technical implementation role
- Experience with Benefits Administration module is required
- Experience with Leave Administration , iLoads , and Workday implementation tools is preferred
- Proven ability to lead discovery sessions, document requirements, and support testing cycles
- Strong understanding of HR service delivery models and data workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems with minimal direction
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within structured project timelines
Education:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
