Position Summary
Spring Venture Group is seeking an experienced and collaborative Workday Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of our Workday HCM and Finance systems. As a key leader, you will oversee administrators while partnering closely with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions that enhance organizational performance.
This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on systems expert with deep Workday experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for operational excellence, team development, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of Workday HCM and Finance implementations, enhancements, and optimization projects.
- Develop and execute a multi-year Workday roadmap aligned to business goals across Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and IT.
- Serve as the primary Workday system owner and subject matter expert for both HCM and Finance modules.
- Supervise Workday administrators, ensuring delivery excellence, collaboration, and ongoing professional development.
- Oversee configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for Workday modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Talent, Advanced Compensation, Revenue Management, and Financial Accounting.
- Manage system governance, security, change control, and integration standards across all modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess needs, define requirements, and translate business processes into system solutions.
- Partner with HR and Finance leadership to design scalable, user-friendly solutions that improve operational efficiency and compliance.
- Facilitate communication between IT, functional teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
- Ensure data integrity, system compliance, and timely delivery of accurate reporting and dashboards.
- Monitor and optimize business processes and configurations to support evolving organizational needs.
- Proactively analyze data and system usage to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
