    ** Long Term Contract / Hybrid Work Environment / 30-35hr**

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Workday Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of Workday-related initiatives. This role will act as a central point of coordination across cross-functional teams, ensuring schedules, communications, and project activities are aligned and executed efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates exceptional organizational and communication skills, and has experience supporting large-scale implementation or transformation projects.

    • ** Project Coordination & Scheduling**
    • * Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
      
      • Coordinate cross-functional project activities to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
      • Track and report on project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
    • ** Calendar & Meeting Management**
    • * Manage complex calendars for project teams and leadership stakeholders.
      
      • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, steering committees, workshops, and status updates.
      • Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, and track action items through completion.
    • ** Stakeholder Communication**
    • * Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
      
      • Serve as a liaison between functional teams, IT, vendors, and leadership.
      • Provide clear and timely updates on project status, risks, and key decisions.
    • ** Cross-Functional Team Support**
    • * Support large, distributed project teams across multiple departments.
      
      • Facilitate collaboration and information sharing among stakeholders.
      • Help ensure alignment across business units, HR, IT, and external partners.
    • ** Project Documentation & Governance**
    • * Maintain organized project documentation, including plans, logs, and reports.
      
      • Support project governance processes, including status reporting and escalation management.
      • Assist with tracking deliverables, milestones, and compliance with project standards.
    • ** Change Management Support**
    • * Assist with change management activities such as communications, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
      
      • Support adoption efforts during Workday or other system implementations.
      • Coordinate rollout activities and ensure readiness across impacted teams.

    ** Qualifications**

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or similar roles.
    • Experience working on Workday projects or large enterprise system implementations strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience managing calendars, meetings, and project logistics in complex environments.
    • Proven ability to support large, cross-functional teams.
    • Exposure to change management practices or large-scale transformation initiatives.

    ** Skills & Competencies**

    • Strong organizational and scheduling skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact with all levels of leadership.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
    • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).
    • Strong facilitation and coordination capabilities.
    • Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
    • High level of professionalism and discretion.
