Roth Law Group PLLC is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney to join our team in White Plains, NY. Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims from intake through resolution

Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and proceedings before the Workers' Compensation Board

Draft and review legal documents, motions, briefs, and correspondence

Conduct legal research and stay current on New York workers' compensation law and regulations

Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers

Negotiate settlements and advocate for maximum client benefits

Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active admission to the New York State Bar

Prior experience in workers' compensation, personal injury, or related practice area required

Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with strong organizational skills

Compassionate, client-focused demeanor with a commitment to zealous representation
