Qualifications:

Candidates MUST be CA State Barred and reside in the state of California.

Responsibilities:

Handling cases from inception to final resolution.

Represent clients before the workers’ compensation appeals board.

Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.

Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.

Prepare and defend clients in depositions.

Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
