    We’re currently looking for a Workers’ Compensation Case Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Position Overview: As a Case Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing workers' compensation cases from intake to settlement. This position involves regular client communication, case file organization, and coordination of medical treatment, as well as preparation of legal documents.

    Responsibilities:

    Process new files from Intake

    Assist handling attorney from the beginning of a case to settlement

    Act as first contact to applicant, insurance, and medicals on case

    File and serve Workers' Compensation documents

    Manage applicants’ treatment including obtaining medical records, scheduling medical appointments, requesting doctor panels, scheduling AME/PQMEs

    Prepare Pre-Trial Conference Statements, settlement documents, and Trial exhibits in advance of hearings and depositions as applicable

    Keep applicants up to date on the status of their case

    Be able to handle 100–150 files at a time

    Organize case files for the team

    Requirements:

    Minimum 1–2 years of experience in workers’ compensation or personal injury case management preferred

    Familiarity with California Workers’ Compensation procedures and terminology

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage 100–150 active files

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software (PCLaw experience is a plus)

    Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

    Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

    Bilingual in Spanish is REQUIRED

    High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or paralegal certificate is a plus
