The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of workers’ compensation defense experience before the WCAB, though exceptional attorneys with less experience will also be considered. Strong litigation skills, deep legal knowledge, and demonstrated expertise in case management are essential. Superior written and verbal communication abilities and a client-focused mindset are musts.
