We are actively seeking skilled Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys to join a growing legal team that values collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. The team is committed to delivering high-quality legal defense services to a diverse clientele in the workers' compensation space.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of workers' compensation defense matters from start to resolution
• Conduct discovery, depositions, and trials with professionalism and strategy
• Maintain regular communication with insurance carriers, employers, and TPAs
• Utilize strong case management skills to move matters forward proactively
• Uphold a high standard of ethics and professionalism

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and case milestones

Education & Experience

• Juris Doctor and active membership in the California State Bar
• 3+ years of workers' compensation experience (defense preferred; plaintiff/applicant experience considered)
