The Oaks Law Group, LLP is a California-based workers’ compensation defense firm seeking a full-time attorney to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Defend employers, insurers, and TPAs in all aspects of California workers’ compensation law.

• Manage cases from start to finish: discovery, depositions, hearings, trials, and settlements.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.

• Communicate case strategy and updates to clients.

Requirements

• Must live in California.

• Active California Bar license in good standing.

• 1+ years of workers’ comp defense experience preferred (litigation experience will be considered).

• Strong legal writing, communication, and case management skills.

• Ability to work independently

Compensation & Benefits

• $110,000 – $160,000/year DOE

• Performance-based bonuses
