Morrin & Sands, PLLC is a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm that employs highly motivated and organized individuals who provide Workers' Compensation attorneys with legal assistance and support. This job is responsible for assisting with a wide range of legal tasks that enhance the attorneys’ effectiveness. Job duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for case tasks such as requests for records and bills, mail folders, e-mail, phone calls, meetings
• Becomes well-versed in case details
• Updates various involved parties as to case status
• Handles all in-coming/out-going communication
• Handles all in-coming records from various on-line sources
• Data entry into Case Management software
• Manages and generates all client/attorney correspondence
• Handles all scheduling of client/attorney in office and out of office meetings
• Assists with clients medical referrals for doctors treatment

Our paralegals work with firm administration in managing a client’s case from beginning to end. The paralegal enhances the relationship between client and our firm by overseeing most of the case tasks to ensure success of the case moving forward. Paralegals will likewise assist attorneys in the handling of cases in litigation, and ensure that each case is prepared for prosecution.
