Job Description
Plaintiff’s Personal Injury firm located in Newton seeks a motivated and passionate attorney capable of prosecuting claims through litigation. Ideal candidate possesses a desire to represent injured individuals with a detail-oriented and compassionate approach to client advocacy.
Job duties include, but are not limited to: initial client intake; building a case file; strategic decision-making; negotiating settlements; implementing trial strategy; competent legal research and writing abilities; advocating at relevant administrative and/or court venues; and client communication.
Qualifications: Admitted to MA Bar and in Good Standing; 0-5 years litigation experience; strong communication skills; familiarity with case management software is a plus, but not mandatory; and ability to multi-task and manage caseload.
