Trident Consulting is seeking a " Workers’ Compensation Specialist ” for one of our client in “Irvine, CA ". A global leader in business and technology services.
Job Title: Workers Compensation Specialist
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $48/hr - $50/hr on W2(Inclusive all)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Leave of Absence (LOA), workplace accommodations, and Workers’ Compensation (WC) cases.
- Handle employee leave intake, eligibility, documentation, approvals, and return-to-work coordination.
- Administer accommodation requests and interactive process with employees/managers.
- Coordinate WC claims with carriers, HR, managers, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and company policies.
- Maintain confidential employee medical records and audit-ready documentation.
- Support reporting, metrics tracking, and process improvements.
- Partner with Payroll, HRBP, Benefits, Legal, and external vendors.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of LOA, accommodations, or Workers’ Compensation administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. leave laws, ADA accommodations, and WC processes.
- Experience with HRIS, case management systems, and vendor platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
