WE ARE A PROFESSIONAL HR CONSULTING AND SERVICES FIRM SERVING ALL OF CALIFORNIA

We proudly employ 20 certified HR Consultants throughout California, including Senior HR Generalists, Consultant Attorneys, Safety/OSHA, Recruiters, Trainers, Payroll Administration and Strategic Specialists. We assign a dedicated Primary Consultant to every client and support efforts with a POD team to expand resources and impact.

Workforce Consultants specializes in comprehensive HR auditing and program development in the areas of Core employment processes, Compliance in employment laws and safety, Talent management and recruitment and Organization development and training.  Our HR engagements include a hybrid of onsite HR management and offsite advisory and support throughout the organization. We work with clients of all size and industries and U.S. geography. Our most impactful engagements are mid-market California clients with more than 50 employees.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE BEST HR CONSULTANTS WITH 10 YEARS OR MORE REAL-WORLD BUSINESS-HR EXPERIENCE IN CALIFORNIA TO PERFORM CLIENT SERVICES IN THE AREAS OF LOS ANGELES, ORANGE COUNTY AND INLAND EMPIRE AS NEEDED.  SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH VERBAL, READING AND WRITING.  MUST BE AT THE EXPERT LEVEL IN THE 4 MAJOR HR CHANNELS: CORE FUNDAMENTALS, COMPLIANCE, TALENT AND ORGANIZATION.
