Responsibilities:

With WGx You will be in charge of recruiting candidates and marketing positions for our clients throughout Maryland and the region. You will use social media and a creative marketing mindset to promote your positions and clients to attract the best candidates. You will need to identify the skills needed to fill vacancies and then build and manage talent pipelines for those skills.

You will manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process from the qualification of the job with the client, through the presentation of your candidates and job offers.

You will maintain strong candidate relationships and leverage your relationships to generate new client leads and referrals.
