    Summary/Objective:

    The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing the company's supply chain operations, including commercial products, clinical development products, custom shipping/packing materials, and related in process items. This includes developing and implementing strategies for sourcing, procurement, logistics, and distribution, as well as managing inventory levels and ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance. The Supply Chain Manager will also be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations, and for continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    Overall Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and that support the company’s growth plans

    2. Manage all aspects of procurement, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships

    3. Oversee logistics and distribution operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers

    4. Manage inventory levels to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand, while also controlling costs and reducing waste

    5. Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance by working with quality assurance and regulatory teams, and by implementing best practices in supply chain management

    6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, clinical, and commercial teams, to ensure effective and efficient operations

    7. Continuously monitor and evaluate supply chain performance and identify opportunities for improvement, including cost reduction, process optimization, and risk management

    8. Lead projects and initiatives aimed at improving supply chain efficiency, quality, and customer/patient Satisfaction

    Skills, Education, and Experience:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field

    2. 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on biotech, pharmaceutical, consumer, and/or related products

    3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement

    4. Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business objectives

    5. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional (internal/external) teams

    6. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

    7. Knowledge of best practices in supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, and distribution

    8. Familiarity with applicable regulations and standards

    9. Outstanding attention to detail, a high degree of organization, and a strong sense of motivation

    10. Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision

    11. Adaptable, dependable, and responsible

    12. MacOS computer skills with high proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related software
