    We are growing our life science focused talent services firm headquartered in Maryland and we are expanding. We're in search of an Account Executive, BD Manager or Practice Leader who is looking for a role where they can contribute to building something great. In this role you will develop and manage a territory of life science clients while helping to lead and grow a team of life science search consultants.

    What is unique about this opportunity is that in addition to selling our Recruitment & Staffing services, you will also get to be involved in the launch of a new proprietary technology platform that the company is releasing this year that will deliver on-demand hiring of contingent and freelance labor in life sciences.

We have a team of search consultants and a plan for strategic growth. In addition to the professional services practice we run a proprietary career and hiring platform (www.biobuzz.io) that you will work with and be able to leverage to position our recruiters in front of the right decision makers, to get in front of new clients and to access a unique pool of candidates. We’re based in Baltimore and poised to grow into several new markets including Philadelphia, North Carolina and Florida.

    In this role you will be expected to grow the company's revenue by selling our services and ensuring client success. In order to be successful, you will be expected to;

    • Grow and manage a pipeline of target clients and actively work to sell our services through cold calling, emails/messages and in-person meetings.

    • Foster key relationships with industry groups, business leaders, hiring managers and executives in your territory.

    • Get to know the industries we serve and be a student of our business and the value propositions that we offer to our clients and users, and apply that knowledge creatively into your Recruiting, Sales and Delivery efforts.

    • Learn our portfolio or services and offerings, along with pricing and delivery expectations.

    • Learn and stay current with all of our existing clients and the services we are delivering for reference selling and managing client success.

    • Develop a deep understanding of the market, our target clients and competitors

    • Maintain both a short term and a long-term focus for growing our brand and penetrating the market.

    • Successfully manage a book of clients and ensure the successful delivery of our services by you, and our team.

    • Recruit on roles as necessary to deliver for your accounts and create exceptional customer experience.

    • Manage the delivery of the recruiting and staffing services for your clients

    This is a hybrid role that will require occasional work in our office in Baltimore, as well as travel to client sites or events throughout your territory (Maryland/DC/VA and possibly Philly).
