Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic sourcing and the recruitment process, and managing the relationships for our clients across the mid-Atlantic market.

• You will use available recruiting and sourcing tools, including our internal ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and the latest in automation technologies, to source, engage and recruit qualified candidates for your positions.
• You will utilize social media and a creative marketing mindset to promote your positions and clients to attract the best candidates.
• You will need to identify the skills needed to fill vacancies and build and manage talent pipelines for those skills.
• You will nurture your candidate pipelines for efficient delivery to our clients.
• You will work closely with management and other recruiters to efficiently deliver top talent to our clients.
• You will maintain strong candidate relationships and leverage your relationships to generate new client leads and referrals.
• You will follow our company pledge of acting with honesty and integrity, continually learning, and approaching each new day with passion and a commitment to achieving your personal 'best'.
