Clinical Stage Biotech company in Rockville, MD is looking to hire a Director/Sr. Director, Business Development.  This person responsible for the development, planning, and execution of the company's growth strategy.

• This position will have a leadership role in developing and expanding the growth and value creation opportunities including partnerships, alliances, deals, and in-licensing, out-licensing and acquisition of novel therapeutics and vaccines.
• This position will work closely with internal team members and the executive management team to advance initiatives by sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and negotiating deals to support the corporate vision and goals while advancing the company’s product pipeline.
• This individual will drive the business development process externally with academics and other biotechnology/biopharmaceutical companies targeting out- and in-licensing/acquisition of key assets and Research and Development collaborations.
