Associates degree in a technology related field AND/OR 3 years of previous employment with AV support responsibilities in the AV industry. ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose AV equipment failure, finding problems or root cause and resolve service issues related to Integrated AV systems
