We're looking for a part-time Workforce Outreach Assistant to support our HR team by helping recruit and organize applicants for our agricultural workforce. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and helping connect people with job opportunities.
Review and track job applications in our Applicant Tracking System
Maintain accurate applicant records and documentation
Monitor recruitment email inbox and candidate submissions
Help promote job openings on Indeed, social media, and community job boards
Assist with hiring events and recruitment outreach
Support HR with compliance documentation and recruitment reports
High school diploma required
Interest in Human Resources, agriculture, or business preferred
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online systems
Reliable, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks
Be part of a growing organic agriculture company
