    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced WorkForce Software (WFS) Absence Management Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Absence Management to join our implementation team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical acumen, experience in system configuration, and a passion for optimizing workforce management processes. The consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, development, and support of WorkForce Software's Absence Management module, working closely with functional leads, business stakeholders, and project managers.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Configure and implement the Absence Management module within WorkForce Software to meet client requirements

    • Analyze and translate business rules into WFS configuration, including absence policies, accrual rules, entitlements, and complex eligibility logic.

    • Develop custom solutions and integrations using WFS APIs, interfaces, and data feeds (eg to/from HRIS, Payroll, Timekeeping)

    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to absence calculation, time-off tracking, and system performance

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT and payroll to ensure accurate data flow and alignment

    • Conduct system testing, data validation, and defect resolution throughout project lifecycle

    • Provide technical support during go-live and post-implementation stabilization phases

    • Document configuration, development and support procedures

    Job Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.

    • 3+ years of functional experience with WorkForce Software, specifically in Absence Management

    • Solid understanding of WFS configuration tools, rule writing and calculation logic

    • Experience with SQL, XML, JSON and REST/SOAP APIs for integrations

    • Familiarity with HR systems such as Oracle, SAP and Workday is a plus

    • Ability to read and interpret business rules and convert them into technical configurations

    • Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment

    • WorkForce Software certifications, particularly in Absence Management

    • Experience with WorkForce Time and Attendance is a plus.

    Job Benefits:

    Competitive FTE salary range based on experience, education, and geographical location of $100,000 - $125,000 USD base. Benefits for full-time employees include:
