  • Responsibilities

    Will be responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in an office of a CEO. Schedule appointments or update schedules, make copies or fax documents. They will answer and transfer phone calls and may have to run errands on behalf of the CEO. Will be expected to help with daily tasks. They might be asked to attend meetings and distribute meeting minutes afterward.

    They may also be responsible for taking inventory of office supplies and keeping them organized and communicating with vendors to order supplies as needed. An Office Assistant is responsible for.


    • Meeting the meeting and understanding the needs of a CEO.

    • Communication Skill

    • Writing Proposal

    • Pro efficient in MICRO Soft, Excel, Power Point, Word Document, Adobe.

    • Scheduling and creating Travel plan and itineraries.

    • Maintaining Files

    • Answering Phone calls

    • Sorting through Mail

    • Track and update CEO's Calendar

    • Greet all Visitor's at the door.

    • Multitaskers.

    • Responsible for coordinating other people's schedules.

    • Well organized.

    • Must have a high school diploma or GED.

    • Must have an associate degree or higher.

    • At least 4 years of experience

    • Certifications for office assistants and similar roles.

    • Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in.
