  • Responsibilities

    ● Manage Assigned Geographic Territory to meet & exceed Monthly / Quarterly Objectives

    ● Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business customers.

    ● Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

    ● Promote the company's products / services addressing or predicting customers' objectives

    ● Make in-person visits, telephone calls, emails to prospective / existing customers.

    ● Demonstrate products, show sales presentations, identify retail merchandising opportunities.

    ● Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

    ● Demonstrate products and assist Customers with in store merchandising.

    ● Coordinate sales efforts with sales management and corporate office.

    ● Update and maintain sales records with company procedures.

    ● Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

    ● Plan and organize your route to maximize your Time Investment for the territory.

    ● Sell, Promote and Secure orders from prospective / existing customers

    ● Maintain Confidentiality of customers' projects and Company Information

    ● Train, Develop & Mentor Part Time Sales People into valuable assets that help you reach

    your goals monthly / quarterly.

    ● Work as Team with other Business Development Managers, Supervisors, Program

    Managers, Marketing Department, and all other Departments

    ● Participate in all monthly and quarterly Training Programs / Meetings / Activities

    ● Make an impact in the world and your local community. Help us make a difference.
