  • Responsibilities

    Assist with populating and refining product records for our e-commerce business.

    ● Cross-reference and coordinate product descriptions and inventory details across our own sites,

    Amazon, Ebay and Walmart.

    ● Create and edit product database entries as needed.

    ● Perform product database and e-commerce site research (e.g., creating lists of item numbers for

    specific product categories, identifying records with missing or incorrect data, etc.)

    ● Regularly operate listings, projects and shipments.

    ● Ability to understand in-house Ecommerce software and systems, and assist with

    troubleshooting.

    ● Builds and maintains eCommerce products, ensuring all are updated according to established

    specifications and timeframes.

    ● Track all listings within a given brand, noting the organizational state of search results, sales page

    condition, rankings, and price points.

    ● Uses data to optimize conversions from search/advertising to site to sale.

    ● Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews.

    ● Supports web/mobile and eCommerce creative development and redesign efforts.

    ● Advertising campaign buildout and optimization including paid search/display, remarketing, email

    marketing, social advertising, text, geo-targeting, etc.

    Qualification & Skills

    ● Good Written and verbal communication skills

    ● One-year data entry experience

    ● Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative

    ● Ability to work to deadlines

    ● Numerical ability

    ● Passion for data and analysis

    ● Strong PC skills, extensive experience with MS Excel

    ● High level of attention to detail

    ● Enthusiastic team player

    ● Ability to plan and manage own workload to achieve objectives as set
