    Role Overview:
    We are hiring a Workfront Experience Lead to own and elevate the front-end experience of TPS Central, our Technical Pre-Sales data-driven operating model powered by Adobe Workfront. This role is critical to enabling scale, repeatability, and operational excellence through intuitive dashboards, actionable reporting, and user-centric design. You will serve as the All-In Workfront Expert - driving user enablement, documentation, and creative solutioning, while partnering with developers to ensure seamless delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • **Front-End Experience & Reporting: ** Design and maintain dynamic Adobe Workfront dashboards, views, filters, and reports tailored to business operations and field teams. Continuously optimize the front-end experience based on user feedback and evolving business needs.

    • **Documentation & Process Design: ** Own all Workfront documentation including field mapping, process flows, usage guides, and standard methodologies. Ensure documentation is clear, current, and accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    • **User Enablement & Support: ** Act as the main point of contact for Workfront users across TPS Central. Deliver enablement sessions, training, and hands-on support to drive adoption and confidence. Gather feedback and translate it into actionable improvements.

    • **Creative Solutioning & Scale: ** Find opportunities to streamline workflows and simplify user interactions. Develop scalable, repeatable solutions that support business growth and operational rigor. Collaborate with developers and Fusion experts to translate business requirements into technical execution.

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrable experience crafting and managing Adobe Workfront dashboards, views, and reports .

    • Advanced understanding of Adobe Workfront’s front-end capabilities , including Report Builder, Text Mode, and Custom Forms.

    • Experience enabling users and driving platform adoption across diverse teams.

    • Good communication and collaborator engagement skills.

    • Creative problem-solver with a passion for building intuitive, scalable systems.

    **Preferred Certifications & Skills: **

    • Adobe Workfront Project Manager Professional (AD0-E903)

    • Adobe Workfront Core Developer Professional (AD0-E908)

    • Experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion for scenario design, automation, and cross-platform integration.

    • Familiarity with Adobe Experience League training paths and enablement resources.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $111,000 -- $212,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
