Tasks for a Working Supervisor
Ensure that all assigned locations meet company cleanliness standards.
Respond to urgent cleaning needs or incidents.
Provide on-the-job training for new employees or staff learning new tasks.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or coaching.
Ensure staff adhere to company policies, time schedules.
Conduct routine inspections of cleaned areas.
Identify issues such as missed spots, improper techniques, or equipment problems.
Document quality checks and report deficiencies.
Implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Serve as the main point of contact between staff, management, and clients.
Communicate job updates, incidents, or management concerns promptly.
Attend or lead short team meetings when required.
Provide daily reports or shift updates as requested.
Maintain positive relationships with clients or site contacts.
Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Support site walkthroughs with clients or managers.
Resolve day-to-day operational issues smoothly.
Work/cover any shift or job as necessary
