Job Title: Working Supervisor – Coatings & Exterior Services (Hands-On Role)

    Position Summary

This is not a desk job and not a “stand back and supervise” position. The Working Supervisor is a hands-on leader who works alongside the crew every day while also directing and managing the jobsite. This role requires someone who leads from the front—demonstrating craftsmanship, setting the pace, and ensuring quality through direct involvement in the work.

You will be expected to actively perform the same skilled tasks as your team—painting, waterproofing, sealants, coatings, and cleaning—while also overseeing safety, production, and job execution.

    Core Expectation: Lead by Doing

Spend the majority of your time in the field performing work alongside your crew

Set the standard for work ethic, quality, and efficiency

Teach and correct in real time through demonstration—not just instruction

Take ownership of the job as if you are the most accountable person on site

    Quality & Accountability

Inspect work continuously as it is being performed—your own and your crew’s

Able to work outdoors in heat, humidity, and varying conditions

Capable of sustained physical labor throughout the day
