Candidate Requirements:

NATIONALLY CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINERS (ACE, ISSA, NASM, etc.) PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED

OUTGOING PERSONALITY

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

ENJOYS INTERACTING WITH A DIVERSE GROUP OF PEOPLE

PASSION FOR FITNESS AND CHANGING LIVES

MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL WHO IS A TEAM PLAYER

EXPERIENCE AND/OR RELATED DEGREES ARE ENCOURAGED, BUT ON-THE-JOB TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

SALES BACKGROUND IS A PLUS

Candidate Job Responsbilities:

Inbound and outbound calls and/or communications to facility

Staff front desk

Answer member questions

Provide tours

Engage in sales

Ensure organized entrance/lobby

General cleaning and maintaining of the facility

Perform Success Sessions

Acquire a Client Base

Perform Personal Training

1-on-1

Perform Small Group Fitness

2-4 Clients
