We are a dynamic and fast-paced National Fitness Franchising Headquarters in Alpharetta, seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of "Franchise Support Coordinator." This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities with a primary focus on Franchise Operations and Brand Quality. As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate closely with various departments within the Franchise Support Center and provide essential assistance to key executives, reporting directly to the SVP of Franchise Operations & Construction.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain franchise documentation and file system
Handle administrative tasks efficiently
Manage the Microsoft Outlook email setup and oversight for our franchise network
Coordinate with Career Plug platform for seamless communication and engagement with Franchisees
Actively engage with and implement FranConnect Franchising Platform
Coordinate several other platforms to streamline processes
Oversee the Bridge Learning Management System, handling enrollment and user database for our network, and supporting franchisees with course delegation
Develop Bridge LMS Courses based on Franchise Operations University Training classes
Provide assistance to C-Suite with miscellaneous personal tasks
Arrange travel logistics for Field Support Team and Executives (flight, hotel, car rental)
Review 3rd party site inspections and Area Developers’ site inspection reports for Brand Quality
Maintain direct contact and effective communication with Franchisees
Assist with our yearly conference event planning and logistics

Preferred Qualifications:
Proven administrative experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 programs (Word, Excel & PowerPoint required)
Comfortable with computers and Internet usage
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Can work efficiently under interruptions and return to regular tasks promptly
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a small office environment
Demonstrated reliability in handling confidential matters related to the Franchise Support Center
Flexibility in scheduling if needed
Must have dependable transportation
