    Position Summary:

    Leads the translation of marketing objectives and messaging into design and campaign creative assets across all marketing channels including digital (e.g., social media, banner ads, etc.), events, emails, WOATV, WOARadio, content creation, internal/external PowerPoints and other marketing deliverables. Understands all the marketing platforms and how to create assets to drive Member Acquisition and Member Retention.

    Responsibilities:

    Must love developing digital content and be into keeping up with the latest creative trends. Proven self-starter, creative thinker, copy writing and a visual storyteller. Understand you are not creating an ad; you are creating an experience! Your drive is to create great design; smart, clever and has stopping power to deliver results. Do what it takes to lead projects and to deliver creative on-time, on-budget, and on-trend. Strong preference for candidates that also have experience with motion graphics and animation. The successful candidate must provide links to examples of digital design work and have an awe-inspiring portfolio.

    Requirements:

    Create compelling engaging email and design elements with the full understanding of the complete user experience across multiple digital platforms desktop and mobile

    Explore multiple design solutions within a fast-paced environment

    Takes critical feedback and can update creative assets per direction

    Maintains established brand standards through-out creative solutions

    Proven ability to maintain creative integrity through the digital process of concept, development and real-time execution

    Has a passion for digital and creative craftsmanship

    Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects within specific deadline and creative parameters. Know how to work independently and problem solve at a high-level

    Ability to present designs/strategy to Executive Team and Franchise Partners

    Design content used for lead generation, lead nurturing and used by Franchise Partners for Member Acquisition

    Create and maintain a digital asset management system to organize existing and new content

    Help the marketing team and the company achieve the highest level of creativity across design and creative needs

    Learn all company platforms and provide oversight and training to Franchise Partners

    Coordinates and executes quarterly newsletter

    Qualifications:

    1-3 years of design experience at a creative agency or in-house creative team

    Thoughtfully presented portfolio of design work that represents your relevant experience

    Proven ability to collaborate with others for the purpose of building impactful content

    Strong preference for those with motion graphics and animation experience

    Excellent comprehension of Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office

    Must have exceptional visual design & layout, creative thinking, and time management skills

    Key understanding of digital best practices and user experience

    Must have a team-first mentality, positive attitude and have a passion for creative craftsmanship

    Fluent in the fundamentals of design and the digital space

    Superior written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and storytelling
