The Workplace Violence Prevention Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs and strategies to prevent, assess, and respond to workplace violence. This position ensures a safe and secure environment for all employees, visitors, and stakeholders by promoting awareness, training, and risk mitigation practices in alignment with organizational policies and compliance requirements.

Required Experience

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Human Resources, Public Safety, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in workplace safety, security, threat assessment, HR, or a related field.
• Must obtain LA City Fire Card within 6 months of employment

Preferred:

• Professional certification (e.g., Certified Threat Manager - CTM, SHRM-CP/SCP, Certified Protection Professional - CPP).
