About the Role:

Artec Custom Wood LLC is looking for a motivated and hands-on Workshop Assistant to join our team in Hialeah, FL! This is a great opportunity to work alongside skilled craftsmen in a dynamic woodworking environment where creativity and precision come to life every day.

Responsibilities:

Assist skilled woodworkers and craftsmen with daily workshop operations and production tasks

Prepare, organize, and maintain raw materials, lumber, and woodworking supplies

Operate and maintain basic woodworking tools and machinery under supervision

Support cutting, sanding, finishing, and assembly of custom wood products

Keep the workshop clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Load, unload, and move materials and finished products as needed

Follow instructions from lead craftsmen and supervisors to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and workshop safety practices

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials (50+ lbs)

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately

Must be authorized to work in the United States
